This Pineapple Fruit Salad is just 5 ingredients and 10 minutes to a fresh, fruity tropical salad. Pineapple, mango, strawberries and kiwi tossed in an orange honey dressing.
TROPICAL FRUIT SALAD
Pineapple Fruit Salad is the perfect summer treat to enjoy while spending the day having fun in the sun. The simple dressing of honey and orange juice adds a bit of sweetness to offset the tangy fruit while also helping to preserve their beautiful colors.
FRUIT: Feel free to omit or add your favorite fruit salad fruits. Banana is great in this salad – just be sure to add right before serving. Orange segments and/or grapes are excellent additions.
DRESSING: To make a tangier dressing use grapefruit, lemon or lime in place of the orange. To make a creamy version, stir in a couple dollops of vanilla yogurt.
